Strise Connect API Docs

A company's entry in a register: a national or cross-market register sourced from the authority that runs it, an entry derived from other company data (such as the VAT register from the VAT identifier), or a custom register added by a user. Entries are listed whether or not the company is registered; read isRegistered for the answer.

Fields

`kind` `RegisterKind!` `non-null` `enum`

RegisterKind! Which register this entry belongs to.

`name` `String!` `non-null` `scalar`

String! The register's name, localised. For a custom register, the name the user gave it.

`description` `String` `scalar`

String Further detail from the register where the name alone does not say which entry this is — a stock exchange listing names the venue here. A custom register's comment is on editMetadata instead.

`isRegistered` `Boolean!` `non-null` `scalar`

Boolean! Whether the company is currently registered. false for a lapsed, revoked or absent registration.

`statusDescription` `String!` `non-null` `scalar`

String! The registration status as displayed, localised. Not stable for matching; use isRegistered.

`registerId` `String` `scalar`

String The company's identifier in the register, such as an LEI code or ticker. null for a custom register.

`registeredSince` `DateTime` `scalar`

DateTime When the registration was made or last changed, where the register reports it.

`url` `String` `scalar`

String A link to the entry at the register, where the register provides one. For a custom register, the source the user recorded, which is usually but not always a URL.

`sourceTimestamp` `DateTime` `scalar`

DateTime When the entry was last read from the register.

`editMetadata` `EditMetadata` `object`

EditMetadata Who added this entry and when. Set on a custom register only; sourceKind is AI when the entry came from an AI-assisted search and USER otherwise. null for entries sourced from a register or derived from company data.

`sourceMetadata` `SourceMetadata` `object`

SourceMetadata Metadata about the upstream record this entry was ingested from — when it was acquired and from which data source. null for entries derived from other company data and for custom registers.
